Deposits

A deposit is required upon confirmation of any appointment (tattoo upon artist agreement, piercing online). This deposit is deducted from the total service amount. It is non-refundable in case of no-show or late cancellation.

Lateness Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is retained by the studio.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance by email or phone. After this deadline, the deposit is forfeited.

Minimum Age

No tattoo or piercing is performed on persons under 18 years of age, even with parental consent, except for earlobe piercing for minors over 16 accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Payment Methods

We accept card and cash payments. The remaining balance after deposit deduction is paid on the day of the service.

Service Limitations

The studio reserves the right to refuse a service if safety or hygiene conditions are not met, or if the requested project does not match the artist's skills or ethics.

Hygiene and Preparation

The client must arrive in good health, rested, and having eaten. Any relevant medical condition (allergies, treatments, pregnancy) must be reported before the session. The studio follows strict hygiene protocols in accordance with current regulations.

Liability

The studio declines all responsibility in case of poor healing due to non-compliance with the post-session aftercare instructions provided to the client.
